61 Dental Benefits Schedule
(1)
The Dental Benefits Rules may provide for a Dental Benefits Schedule that sets out the following:
(a)
items specifying dental services;
(b)
the amount of dental benefit payable, or a method for the determining the amount of dental benefit payable, in respect of a dental service.
Note:
The amount of dental benefit payable in respect of a dental service must not exceed the dental expenses incurred in respect of the dental service: see subsection 9(3).
(2)
The Dental Benefits Rules may sets out rules for interpretation of the Dental Benefits Schedule.
