51 Revocation of registration on grounds relating to entitled persons
(1)
A person may apply to the Registrar for revocation under section 52 of the registration of a design.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) must:
(a)
contain the information prescribed by the regulations; and
(b)
be made in the manner prescribed by the regulations.
