10 Establishment of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund
(1)
The DisabilityCare Australia Fund is established by this section.
(2)
The Fund consists of:
(a)
the DisabilityCare Australia Fund Special Account; and
(b)
the investments of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund.
