Part 3Investment of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund
37 Additional financial assets
If, as a result of:
(a)
the Future Fund Board’s holding of an investment of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund; or
(b)
the exercise of any rights or powers conferred on the Future Fund Board in its capacity as the holder of an investment of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund;
the Future Fund Board becomes the holder of a financial asset, that financial asset is taken to be an investment of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund.
