44 Finance Minister to prepare report on balance of DisabilityCare Australia Special Account etc
(1)
At the end of each quarter starting on or after 1 July 2014, the Finance Minister must cause a report to be prepared setting out:
(a)
the balance of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund at the end of the quarter; and
(b)
the total States’ and Territories’ share of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund.
(2)
The Finance Minister must cause the report to be published on the internet as soon as practicable after the end of the quarter.
(3)
In this section:
quarter means a period of 3 months commencing on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October of a year.
