46 Annual report
After the end of each reporting period (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013) for the Department, the Head of Environment Information Australia must prepare and give an annual report to the Minister, for presentation to the Parliament, on the Head’s activities during the period.
See also section 34C of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 for provisions relevant to this report.
If a report on the Head’s activities during a reporting period is included in the report prepared by the Secretary and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 in relation to the period, the Head is taken to have complied with subsection (1) of this section in relation to the period.
