194L Publication of finalised priority assessment list
The Scientific Committee must publish the finalised priority assessment list for an assessment period for a Subdivision A List on the internet.
The Scientific Committee must also publish the finalised priority assessment list in accordance with any requirements of the regulations.
The Scientific Committee must also give the Indigenous Advisory Committee:
a copy of the finalised priority assessment list; and
a copy of the nominations made in response to the notice under subsection 194E(1), other than any nominations rejected by the Minister under subsection 194F(3); and
a compilation of any Indigenous peoples’ knowledge, including knowledge about cultural significance, in relation to nominated items that was provided in response to the notice under subsection 194E(1).
