396 Appointment of inspectors
(1)
The CEO may, in writing, appoint a person to be an inspector.
(2)
The CEO may make a written determination that a specified person, or a person included in a specified class of persons, does not have such of the powers conferred on an inspector by this Act as are specified in the determination. The determination has effect accordingly.
(3)
If the CEO makes a determination under subsection (2) about a named individual, the CEO must give the individual a copy of the determination.
