527G Definition of accredited
A management or authorisation framework is accredited:
(a)
for the purposes of a declaration under section 33—if the framework is accredited by a written instrument in force under subsection 33(2) for the purposes of the declaration; and
(b)
for the purposes of a bilateral agreement—if the framework is accredited by a written instrument in force under subsection 46(2) for the purposes of the agreement.
