72 Form and content of referrals
A referral of a proposal to take an action must be made in a way prescribed by the regulations.
A referral of a proposal to take an action must include the information prescribed by the regulations.
A referral of a proposal to take an action may include alternative proposals relating to any of the following:
the location where the action is to be taken;
the time frames within which the action is to be taken;
the activities that are to be carried out in taking the action.
