111 Application for registration of establishment
The occupier of an establishment (other than a registered establishment) may apply to the Secretary to register the establishment for a kind of export operations in relation to a kind of prescribed goods.
An application:
may relate to more than one kind of export operations and more than one kind of prescribed goods; and
may, but is not required to, specify one or more places to which the goods are to be exported.
The export of a kind of prescribed goods may be prohibited unless export operations in relation to the goods have been carried out at a registered establishment (see section 29 and rules made for the purposes of that section).
