208 Period of suspension
(1)
A suspension of an export licence under this Division must not be for more than 12 months.
(2)
The Secretary may vary the period of a suspension of an export licence under this Division by written notice to the holder of the licence. However, the total period of a suspension must not be more than 12 months.
Note:
A decision to extend the period of a suspension is a reviewable decision (see Part 2 of Chapter 11).
