256 Marks resembling official marks
(1)
The rules may make provision for and in relation to marks (resemblances) that resemble an official mark or are apparently intended to resemble or pass for an official mark.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the rules may make provision for and in relation to the following:
(a)
the circumstances in which a mark resembles an official mark;
(b)
the persons, or classes of persons, who may apply a resemblance;
(c)
the methods for applying resemblances;
(d)
the circumstances in which a resemblance may, or must not, be applied.
