324 Modified meaning of authorised officer
(1)
For the purposes of this Chapter, and any other provision of this Act to the extent that it relates to this Chapter, authorised officer means a Commonwealth authorised officer, or a State or Territory authorised officer, who satisfies the requirements determined under subsection (2).
(2)
The Secretary must determine, in writing, training and qualification requirements for authorised officers in relation to the performance of functions or duties and the exercise of powers under this Chapter or the Regulatory Powers Act.
(3)
A determination made under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
