402 Notional payments by the Commonwealth
(1)
The Minister administering the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 may give written directions for the purpose of ensuring that cost‑recovery charges are notionally payable by the Commonwealth (or parts of the Commonwealth).
Note:
For notional payments and receipts, see section 76 of that Act.
(2)
A direction given under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
