59 Revocation of exemption
(1)
The Secretary may revoke an exemption that is in force under this Part.
(2)
In considering whether to revoke an exemption, the Secretary must have regard to the matters prescribed by the rules.
(3)
If the Secretary decides to revoke an exemption, the Secretary must give the holder of the exemption a written notice stating the following:
(a)
that the exemption is to be revoked;
(b)
the reasons for the revocation;
(c)
the date the revocation is to take effect.
