11 Subsections 71(2) and (3)
Repeal the subsections, substitute:
(2)
The Managing Director is to be appointed by the Board after the Board has consulted with the Minister in relation to the appointment.
(3)
The Board may appoint a Deputy Managing Director of EFIC after the Board has consulted with the Minister in relation to the appointment.
