10 Terms and conditions of grant
A grantee must comply with this Act and the rules and with any other terms and conditions specified in the grant agreement.
The grant agreement must include terms and conditions that:
have the effect of requiring the grantee to spend the grant money, as well as at least a matching amount of the grantee’s own money, on eligible expenses of the grantee in relation to eligible products; and
provide for:
circumstances in which the grantee must repay amounts to the Commonwealth; and
any other matters prescribed by the rules for the purposes of this paragraph.
An amount repayable to the Commonwealth as mentioned in subparagraph (2)(b)(i) would be a debt due to the Commonwealth.
Subsection (2) does not limit the terms and conditions that may be specified in the grant agreement.
