21 Amount of grant
(1)
The CEO of Austrade must determine the amount of a grant to be made to a person in accordance with the method prescribed by the rules.
(2)
The rules may prescribe different methods for different circumstances.
(3)
Rules made for the purposes of subsection (1) may apply in relation to grants, or instalments of grants, payable after the rules commence, including under a grant agreement in effect at the time the rules commence.
