Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in this Act to the Export Market Development Grants Act 1997 includes a reference to the Export Market Development Grants Act 1974 to the extent that that Act continues to apply because of item 2 of Schedule 1 to the Export Market Development Grants (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 1997.
