Extradition (Slovakia) Regulations 2007

These Regulations are the Extradition (Slovakia) Regulations 2007.

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

In these Regulations:

Act means the Extradition Act 1988.

Slovakia means The Slovak Republic.

Slovakia is declared to be an extradition country.

For paragraph 11 (1) (b) of the Act, the Act applies to Slovakia subject to modification of paragraph 17 (2) (a) of the Act by omitting '45 days' and substituting '60 days'.
