13 Exclusion for employment by certain employers
(1)
A person is not eligible for an advance for the person’s employment by an employer if the employer was within the scope of the scheme known as the Special Employee Entitlements Scheme for Ansett Group Employees.
(2)
This section has effect despite section 10.
