43 Use and disclosure of personal information by insolvency practitioners and payment intermediaries
For the purposes of facilitating the administration of this Act, an insolvency practitioner for an employer may:
use personal information about the employer or a current or former employee of the employer; and
disclose to the Department personal information about the employer or a current or former employee of the employer.
For the purposes of facilitating the administration of this Act, a person with whom the Commonwealth has a contract to pass on to a former employee of an employer payments made under this Act may:
use personal information about the former employee or the employer; and
disclose to the Department personal information about the former employee or employer.
