792 Delegation by Minister
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, delegate all or any of his or her functions or powers under this Act (except under section 32A, subsection 354(2C) or section 378A) to:
(a)
the Secretary of the Department; or
(b)
an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department.
(2)
In performing functions or exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Minister.
