160 Certain alterations of rules to be recorded
Where there has been a change in the name of an organisation, or an alteration of the eligibility rules of an organisation, under this Act, the General Manager must:
(a)
immediately enter, in the register kept under subsection 13(1), particulars of the change or alteration, and the date of effect of the change or alteration; and
(b)
as soon as practicable after the organisation produces its certificate of registration to the General Manager, amend the certificate accordingly and return it to the organisation.
