177 Disputes between organisations and members
A dispute between an organisation and any of its members is to be decided under the rules of the organisation.
Any fine, fee, levy or dues payable to an organisation by a member in relation to a period after the organisation was registered may be sued for and recovered, in the name of the organisation, as a debt due to the organisation, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
A court of competent jurisdiction may, on application brought in the name of an organisation, order the payment by a member of any contribution (not exceeding $20) to a penalty incurred or money payable by the organisation under a modern award, order or enterprise agreement.
