218 Federal Court to have regard to certain matters
For the purposes of exercising the power under section 216 or 217 to grant or refuse leave, to a person who has been convicted of a prescribed offence, to hold office in organisations, the Federal Court must have regard to:
the nature of the prescribed offence; and
the circumstances of, and the nature of the person’s involvement in, the commission of the prescribed offence; and
the general character of the person; and
the fitness of the person to be involved in the management of organisations, having regard to the conviction for the prescribed offence; and
any other matter that, in the Court’s opinion, is relevant.
This provision refers to the regulations (prescribed offence
