232 Offence to interfere with register or copy
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person does an act; and
(b)
the act results in the destruction or defacement of, or other interference with, a register of members or a copy of such a register; and
(c)
either:
(i)
the register of members is required to be kept by an organisation under paragraph 230(1)(a); or
(ii)
the copy is required to be kept by an organisation under section 231.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
Strict liability applies to paragraph (1)(c).
