255M Basis of registration
Registration under this Subdivision is on the basis that:
(a)
the registration may cease or be suspended as provided for by this Subdivision; and
(b)
the registration may cease or be suspended by or under later legislation; and
(c)
no compensation is payable if the registration ceases or is suspended as mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
