274 Frivolous or vexatious applications
(1)
A person must not make an application under section 273 that is vexatious or without reasonable cause.
Civil penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2)
If the FWC considers an application under section 273 to be vexatious or without reasonable cause, the FWC must dismiss the application as soon as possible.
