337CC Regulations in relation to allocation and investigation
The regulations may prescribe procedures to be followed and other matters in relation to allocation of handling of disclosures that qualify for protection under this Part.
The regulations may prescribe procedures to be followed and other matters in relation to investigations under this Division, including in relation to the following:
informing the discloser that an authorised official will investigate a disclosure;
informing the discloser and the General Manager of a decision not to investigate a disclosure, or not to investigate a disclosure further, under this Division;
preparing a report of an investigation;
adopting a finding of another investigation or inquiry for the purposes of an investigation.
This provision refers to the regulations (The regulations may prescribe
