337F Powers of inspection
For the purpose of, or in relation to, the exercise of another power, or the performance of a function, conferred by this Act, a member of the FWC may at any time during working hours:
enter prescribed premises; and
inspect or view any work, material, machinery, appliance, article, document or other thing on the prescribed premises; and
interview, on the prescribed premises, any employee who is usually engaged in work on the prescribed premises.
In this section:
prescribed premises means premises on which or in relation to which:
an industry is carried on; or
work is being, or has been done, or commenced; or
a modern award or an order of the FWC has been made; or
an enterprise agreement is in operation.
