1.03 Definitions
In these Regulations:
Act means the Fair Work Act 2009.
folio means 72 words.
Schedule 3.1 sets out certain charges that may be incurred per folio. There are generally 3 folios to a page.
high performance sport: see subregulation 2.15(4).
performance support professional: see subregulation 2.15(2).
philanthropic entity means an entity registered under the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012 as the type of entity mentioned in column 1 of item 1 of the table in subsection 25‑5(5) of that Act.
quarter means a period of 3 months beginning on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October in a year.
WHS entry permit has the same meaning as in the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
