1.08B Meaning of road transport industry—exclusion of livestock industry
(1)
For the purposes of paragraph 15S(1)(a) of the Act, the Road Transport and Distribution Award 2020, as in force on 1 July 2024, is taken not to apply in relation to transporting or otherwise dealing with livestock covered by subregulation 1.08A(2).
(2)
For the purposes of paragraph 15S(1)(b) of the Act, the Road Transport (Long Distance Operations) Award 2020, as in force on 1 July 2024, is taken not to apply in relation to transporting or otherwise dealing with livestock covered by subregulation 1.08A(2).
