5.13 Legal allowance
(1)
The attendee is entitled to a payment (a legal allowance) towards meeting the legal costs and disbursements that the attendee reasonably incurs for a lawyer to represent the attendee at the specified place.
(2)
The amount of the legal allowance is an amount calculated using the costs for general federal law proceedings set out in the Federal Circuit Court Rules 2001, as in force when this regulation commences.
