5.05 Continued application of provision to award printed on or after WR Act repeal day
(1)
This regulation is made for subitem 7(1) of Schedule 2 to the Act.
(2)
To avoid doubt, on and after the WR Act repeal day, section 575 of the WR Act continues to apply to a document purporting to be a copy of a reprint of an award as varied and purporting to have been printed by the Government Printer on or after WR Act repeal day.
