102BF Consent by protected confider
The court must not give a direction under section 102BC or 102BD if:
(a)
the protected confider is an adult; and
(b)
the protected confider consents to the evidence being adduced or document or part of the document being disclosed; and
(c)
the consent is in writing and witnessed by an independent person who is 18 years of age or over and not party to the proceedings.
