67ZD Orders for delivery of travel documents

If a court having jurisdiction under this Part considers that there is a possibility or threat that a child may be removed from Australia, it may order that the following documents be ordered up to the court on such conditions as the court considers appropriate:

(a)

any Australian travel document (within the meaning of the Australian Passports Act 2005) that has been issued to the child or any other person concerned;

(b)

any passport or other travel document that has been issued to the child or any other person concerned by or on behalf of the government of a foreign country.
