70N Regulations may deal with sending Australian orders etc. to overseas jurisdiction

(1)

The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the sending to a prescribed overseas jurisdiction of copies of, and documents relating to:

(a)

a parenting order, other than a child maintenance order; or

(b)

a State child order;

that relates to a child to whom an overseas child order relates.

(2)

The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the sending to a convention country (within the meaning of the regulations made for the purposes of section 111B) of copies of, and documents relating to, an order under regulations made for the purposes of that section, that relates to a child to whom an overseas child order relates.
