70NAE Standard of proof
The standard of proof to be applied in determining matters in proceedings under this Division (other than paragraph 70NBF(1)(d)) is proof on the balance of probabilities.
Note:
The court may make an order under paragraph 70NBF(1)(d) in relation to a person only if the court is satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that the person contravened the child‑related order.
