1.51 Definitions—the Dictionary
(1)
In these Rules, a word or expression defined in Schedule 1 (the Dictionary) has the meaning given in the Dictionary.
Note:
The Schedules to these Rules are deemed to form part of the Rules—see section 13 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2)
The Dictionary includes references to certain words and expressions that are defined elsewhere in these Rules (signpost definitions).
Note:
The Dictionary includes a signpost definition for a word or expression that is defined elsewhere in these Rules only if the word or expression is used in more than one rule.
