15.13 Hearings in relation to cross‑claims
A party to a cross‑claim may apply to the Court for an order:
that any claim, question or issue arising in the cross‑claim be tried in accordance with an order of the Court; or
permitting a cross‑respondent to defend the claim made in the principal proceeding or any other cross‑claim in the proceeding, either alone or with another party; or
permitting a cross‑respondent to appear at the hearing of the principal proceeding or any other cross‑claim in the proceeding, and to participate in the hearing as the Court considers appropriate; or
determining the extent to which the cross‑claimant, and a cross‑respondent, are to be bound as between each other by an order or a decision made in relation to the principal proceeding or any other cross‑claim in the proceeding; or
for the hearing and determination of the principal proceeding and the cross‑claim; or
dismissing the cross‑claim.
