16.13 Alternative accompanying documents
(1)
The following provisions apply to an alternative accompanying document referred to in rule 8.05:
(a)
paragraphs 16.01(a), (b) and (d);
(b)
subrule 16.02(2).
(2)
The content of such an alternative accompanying document must also comply with any practice notes issued by the Chief Justice.
