Part 25Offers to settle
25.05 Timing of offer
(1)
An offer may be made at any time before judgment is given.
(2)
A party may make more than one offer.
(3)
An offer may be limited in time for which it is open to be accepted, however the time must not be less than 14 days after the offer is made.
(4)
Unless the notice provides otherwise, an offer is taken to have been made without prejudice.
