29.17 Examination of additional persons

(1)

The examiner may, with the consent in writing of each party to the proceeding, examine any person, in addition to the person named or provided for in the order for examination.

(2)

If the examiner examines a person under subrule (1), the examiner must attach to the person’s deposition the consent of each of the parties.
