30.11 Consolidation of proceedings before trial

If several proceedings are pending in the Court and the proceedings:

(a)

involve some common question of law or fact; or

(b)

are the subject of claims arising out of the same transaction or series of transactions;

any party to any of the proceedings may apply to the Court for an order that the proceedings be:

(c)

consolidated; or

(d)

heard together; or

(e)

heard immediately after one another; or

(f)

stayed until after the determination of any of the other proceedings.
