30.29 Notice of intention to adduce evidence of previous representation

A notice of intention to adduce evidence of a previous representation, under section 67 of the Evidence Act 1995:

(a)

must be in accordance with Form 62; and

(b)

may have attached to it an affidavit that sets out evidence of the previous representation.

Note:

The Court may dispense with compliance with the Rules—see rule 1.34.
