30.53 Notice of additional charge or error in account

(1)

If a party seeks to charge an accounting party with an amount not mentioned in the accounting party’s account, the party must give the accounting party notice of the charge.

(2)

The notice must state, to the extent that the party is able, the amount the party seeks to charge and brief details about the amount.

(3)

If a party claims that an item in an accounting party’s account contains an error, the party must give the accounting party notice of the claim and the grounds of the claim.
