31.31 Applications under section 57 of Australian Crime Commission Act 2002
Division 31.1 applies to an application for review of a matter arising under section 57 of the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002, except that:
(a)
a document that is required to be served under rule 31.03(2) must be served within 1 day after filing the statement; and
(b)
a notice of objection to competency under rule 31.05 must be filed within 5 days after being served with the application.
