32.18 Death of petitioner
(1)
If a sole applicant in a petition dies before the conclusion of the trial of the petition, a person who is competent to file a petition on the same grounds as those in the petition filed by the original applicant may apply to the Court to be substituted as applicant.
(2)
If a person is substituted for the original applicant, the proceeding must be continued as if the person was the original applicant.
